the only issue i have with installing anything off the internet is i dont have an internet connection to my desktop which the plotter is hooked up too.. anything that is online kinda doesnt help.any other advice?

Hi, i have a previously owned pcut ct630, i have flexi starter 10 and windows xp. i have an issue getting the plotter to cut. flexi says that the information is being sent but the plotter never cuts anything. all i received was the plotter its self.i have a usb cord plugging it into my computer. do i need some other software or would anyone know how to get them to communicate.? any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you
