Tim1137 0 Posted January 31, 2013 I apologize if this is the wrong spot for this issue but I need help. I have Flexi v8.1 , and a USCutter MH 721. Previously I had a friend set up everything to get it working for me, but now it has randomly stopped working after I defragged my computer and restarted it. I opened production manager and my setup was not there and it asked me to create a new one. I fumbled through it and it doesnt work. I will click cut in th production manager and the cutter wont respond, itll just say cutting 0% on the production manager screen. I have the PNC-1000 Driver selected in the setup with the RTS and CTS boxes checked. I have selected COM3 port, because when I select COM1 it says it cannot open it. I must be missing something here please help me I am in the middle of a job. Operating system is Windows XP by the way Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Pcrat 65 Posted February 4, 2013 i have that happen before, i uninstalled the us cutter driver, and uninstalled and reinstalled flexisign, that did the trick for me. but try that , uninstall the us cutter driver, reboot computer, reinstall driver. delete any setups in the program manager. Also if your USB cord is plugged into a different USB port on your pc then the one that was chosen when first installed, might be an issue, I cant use the serial cable, it wont talk to the machine, and when it does it goes all stair stepping cutting where it wants till it hits the end.
