mwhatch 9 Posted January 6, 2013 First of all, thanks for the warm greetings on the intro section. My Cameo arrived in a timely manner and I am not dissapointed. The machine does seem a bit light wieght, but it should be fine for a hobby cutter. I do hand made turned pens and I want to use the Cameo to cut appliques, decals, or whatever to embelish the pens. I want to show my first attempt. These two pen tubes are 2.2" long and 0.42" diameter. I really like the way the Cameo can cut the small detail. Next, I will cast the tubes in clear acrylic, then turn them on the lathe to fit the pen kits. The dragon on the left is a Dover Publications design, the other is a free download flourish. I am using the Greenstar vinyl that came with the machine. I will post again when the pens are finished. Thanks for looking. Morton
