slice&dice 2,451 Posted November 29, 2012 There are many choices of font styles (200 or so) pre-loaded in SignBlazer, and I sometimes get in the mood to use the more stylish and creative texts, instead of a more basic or straightforward font. For example, today I did a few yard signs (18" x 24" on coroplast) that were for an upcoming Christmas Concert, and I decided to go with RAPHAEL ---- I like the look, but it's not the easiest thing to read (at a distance, especially). Anyway, the customer thought it was delightful, and I said nothing about the 'readability' factor to her.
mabscotthandyman 1,410 Posted November 29, 2012 that is a problem sometimes the customer wants a cutesy design that is hard to read all you can do is inform them then leave it up to them ( as long as you can read the check ) it all works out
slice&dice 2,451 Posted November 29, 2012 The font choice was mine in this case, giving the fancy-schmancy look. I added a simple Christmas-y graphic, and indeed, it worked out OK. .
