cutter will not cut

buttons on cutter are working, (vinyl advance, left and right adjustments, etc). When I press cut on SignBlazer, the message box appears "sending output to cutter", but nothing happens. I have tried unplugging computer plug on machine, tried turning machine on/off. All I get is the "sending output" but no action.

In reference to the above post, I should have said I have the LaserPoint 24 inch, serial connector, cutting viny, SignBlazer software.. The test button on machine cuts the correct test rectangle.

What else can I do???

what are your settings in Signblazer? (Com port,baud rate,etc)
