I keep getting the message "Sending output to cutter" but then the message disappears and nothing happens. It looks like it is tracing around the art on the screen, but then nothing cuts. I tried "test" and it cut fine. I have baud rates matched, and I am using serial plugs. This is a LaserPoint. It was working the other day, now nothing. The carriage is not pressing on the little red end buttons. What else can I change? the Com port is correct, and correct machine is chosen (Creation Pcut630 HPGL). I have tried unplugging the serial port and then reinserting it, still no luck. I use Microsoft XP. In setup and in device manager I have tried ALL combinations of Xon-Xoff, Hardware and None. Help! Larry

What else should I change? Or should I just invest in the serial port (my new computer doesn't have one!). I always used the serial port before with no problem. Larry

Could the reason for not cutting be that I am using the Trial version of SignBlazer??? The program won't take my activation number because I just got a new computer and have been forced to use the Trial version for a while. Can you cut with the Trial Version??? Larry

LaserPoint is not an option on mine, either. Is there an update available? Larry

Thanks, but no luck. Baud rates all match up. Tried a different USB port, nothing. My machine is USCutter LaserPoint (PCut CTE 630 HPGL). Any other ideas? Larry

I keep getting "Sending output to cutter" when I choose "cut tile" but then nothing happens, the box just disappears. I am using Windows XP, usb connection, port correctly chosen (USB serial port, Com 3), all parameters the same in Device Manager and in SignBlazer setup, flow control "hardware" chosen in each case. I have tried pulling the USB pug out and reinserting it, still no cutting. What else should I change??? Thanks for any help! Larry

No. I don't see the scans in the workspace. The scans show up when I go to "import", all the scans show up there, but I can't get them into the workspace. Thanks.

I scanned my image at 600 greyscale, saved it as a tiff. When I try to import it in SB, nothing happens when I click on it in the import window. I can't even get to the place to choose monochrome or vectorize. What am I doing wrong?

In reference to the above post, I should have said I have the LaserPoint 24 inch, serial connector, cutting viny, SignBlazer software.. The test button on machine cuts the correct test rectangle. What else can I do???

buttons on cutter are working, (vinyl advance, left and right adjustments, etc). When I press cut on SignBlazer, the message box appears "sending output to cutter", but nothing happens. I have tried unplugging computer plug on machine, tried turning machine on/off. All I get is the "sending output" but no action. HELP!!!
