MH721 will not cut

Can someone HELP?  We used our cutter Monday night it was cutting fine, cut our computer and cutter on tonight to do some work and it will not cut. The blade holder moves all the way to the right up against the green button.  Will not cut test or any thing else.  Also some of the time it will just keep rolling the vinyl all the way out and I have to cancel the cut job.  Can someone HELP ASAP please.

The cutter is not doing the test cut when you press the Test button?

It will not do a test cut.  It is all the way to right side up against the green button and all it will do is roll all the vinyl out I have to stop the cut job.

If it will not even do the Test cut from the cutter itself, I would not be telling it to try and cut something from the computer. Sounds like possibly a hardware issue. Do you feel comfortable replacing a part in the unit?
