It will not do a test cut. It is all the way to right side up against the green button and all it will do is roll all the vinyl out I have to stop the cut job.

Can someone HELP? We used our cutter Monday night it was cutting fine, cut our computer and cutter on tonight to do some work and it will not cut. The blade holder moves all the way to the right up against the green button. Will not cut test or any thing else. Also some of the time it will just keep rolling the vinyl all the way out and I have to cancel the cut job. Can someone HELP ASAP please.

What is the best graphic program to use with Sign Blazer cutting program? I have down loaded some pictures for the web but they are bitmap and sign blazer will not cut it. Please Help

When I plug in my MH721 cutter and turn it on the only thing it does is all the lights blink the display blinks and the thing that holds the blade jumps up and down. please help brand new at this . :help:
