Anyone recognize this 'Indians' logo?

I have a pop warner football team wanting some shirts done with this logo. A very small raster image is all they have but I am sure its probably from a pro or college team. Anyone here recognize it?

The spear is from Florida State, with a slight curve. The I is just that an I. Then some kind of mow hawk added.
