arcticmonster 4 Posted August 14, 2012 Can you guys tell i'm back from some vacation time? All sorts of questions. LOL When I try and cut the vinyl, it feeds in great, but when it reverses, it bunches all the vinyl into a mess. At first, I did not have this problem. Only think that changed, it's very HUMID. I have a uscutter 34". I had the 3 clamps spaced out as far as can be and that's when it's worst. I did bring them closer and seems better. I am using 24" vinyl now. if I ever go with a wider one, will I have more problems? Can I buy more clamps? Or should I regulate the humidity?
Dr12volt1338 116 Posted August 14, 2012 Is it anytime the rollers reverse? Or do you have it set to go back to the beginning after a cut?
slice&dice 2,450 Posted August 14, 2012 When you say "USCUTTER 34" I'm assuming this means the SC34. Please read the following post ---
