Coaster36 327 Posted April 23, 2012 I believe the standard is 3M 1080 series. Its pretty pricey but any wrap is pricey. Oracal makes a line of wrap, im sure its great quality as all of there vinyl is. Oracal 970RA is their wrap.
RPMgrafix 2 Posted April 25, 2012 I use the Oracal 970RA for vehicle wrapping all the time. Works great, definitely a good product. I wouldn't recommend using the standard graphic vinyl such as the Oracal 751 or 951 for the application. That style vinyl isn't meant to be constantly peeled and re positioned like you have to in this style install, the adhesive will eventually start separating from the vinyl. Only use the vinyl designed for wrapping and you'll be in good shape.
