Signcut thinks my media is THIS BIG....

Im using a Copam 3050 with Signcut Pro. For some reason Signcut ALWAYS thinks my media thats being cut is 35" wide. Ive tried changing it, even after setting, and measuring, it still gives a correct job width, but says the media width is 35"....

What am I doing wrong....
