intro into the world of vinyl cutting

good day to all, this is my first post on uscutter forum and damm glad to be here.

just gonna make this short and sweet. i am looking at buying a starter kit titled BASIC DECAL SHOP and upgrading to the Roland gx-24 machine.

any thoughts if i am buying to much or not enough.

this is my intro into the vinyl cutting world on the cutter side of the business. yr's ago i was a consumer for race car applications.

i am looking at this as a side business along with my full time job, basically a small home based business catering to my son's school(private) and to the many parents that are small business owners and from my old racing buddies looking to curve their cost of car lettering.

i have about $3500 that i can put into and willing to spend that much on great equipment. i don't want to buy OK equipment and fight with the problems associated with cheaper cutters

Welcome, Just purchase the Graphtec 24" bundle, and be done with it. You will get more bang for your buck. Many, many, happy Graphtec users on here. Including myself.
