Creating two colors

I have this eps file and want to make it two colors. I want about a 3/16 in gold outline around the WV.

I will cut the gold vinyl and overlay it with the black vinyl.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

I tried doing it in Illustrstor. I got the two colors but when I imported it to SignBlazer it was all black.

You can do it in SignBlazer.

File + Import

Select the file and click OK

Use Full Postscript Interpreter

Select the elements

Manipulate + Expand/Outline/Inline

Key in the offset value

Click OK

Select the outline

Change the color to Gold
