Weeding Frame only cutting on 3 sides.

Got my cutter up and running, cutting wonderfully.

I have the weeding frame set to on buts it not making the fourth cut which makes it a rectangle... only cutting the top, right, and left sides.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem and posted it yesterday. So far no answer. USC said thay haven't seen that problem before.

which machine do you have? I have the TC-25. If I set the software to say I have a laser24 it cuts all sides. If I pick the correct machine type it will only cut 3 sides. I cant leave it set to laser because it wont get a long sign correctly, it tries to tile the file.

Heres what i got from Signcut help:

Looks like it may be a firmware or driver problem with the tc series, It has been reported to the developer and we hope to see it corrected in the next revision.
