likwidchz 0 Posted January 11, 2012 Hey everyone I just got a TC series plotter and using FlexiSign which is dope! I have a bunch of oracle 651 Vinyl and the cutting tips that come with the vinyl. I have the cut speed at 100mm per second max is 800 and 45g of cutting force.. I would like to cut stuff a bit faster what's really the limit/force I can stick with? Maybe this is a stupid question.. Humor me Thanks, --Aaron
2CT Media 25 Posted January 11, 2012 The limit is different for very machine and material, it also can be limited by your design. What I would do is keep turning up the speed until you get tearing or your straight lines are no longer straight. If your straight lines look like there are little bumps in them, turn the speed down till that stops.

Ravenwind / One Off Grafx 187 Posted January 11, 2012 I cut really slow on small stuff but the bigger the letters the faster i go. but normally i run 90 speed and 60g force if it is fine fork i go to 10/10.
