M11K33 0 Posted December 5, 2011 I have been looking to purchase the zen cut black series. I have a few questions if anyone can help me. Do they offer this model in 40"? My price range is about 2000. Which plotter would give me the most for my buck. I see that this models specs are comparable to more expensive plotters. All I see on the site is 24" and 52". Will I regret it if I get the 24"? Does the warranty cover parts and labor? Do they come to me to repair? What start up material do you recommend? Well thanks for the help.
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted December 5, 2011 check it out.. Information and specs. http://www.uscutter....ith-stand-ZCCBL No, they will not come to you to repair. You order parts and fix it yourself, or if extreme you ship it back to be repaired. You will have to ask USCutter about the warranty . It says 40" out of stock. a 24" is standard. ... I have a 30" Graphtec and have never needed larger. You can tile your designs and make larger decals. Buying a cutter and price, depends on what you are planning on using it for. mabscotthandyman 1,410 Posted December 5, 2011 Most people I know use a 24 in. Cutter very seldom you would need a larger cut and then you can tile your cuts. Even the people I know that have larger cutters mostly stock 24 in. Vinyl. Dan
