MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted November 27, 2011 Well, Bling Me. You don't give enough info to help you. What cutter? What computer operating system? How are you connected? USB or serial? Without out the necessary info. it's only a guess. Are you getting an error? If so, what error?

MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted November 28, 2011 Support is on Pacific time (Washington State). and closed on Sunday. , and they can remote your computer and set it up. and a serial cable is the best way to go. A Keyspan adapter, that's the brand name, will help alot over USB. better connection, it attaches to the serial cable that came with your cutter.
