Can't get the computer and cutter to communicate

Well, Bling Me. You don't give enough info to help you. What cutter? What computer operating system? How are you connected? USB or serial? Without out the necessary info. it's only a guess. Are you getting an error? If so, what error?

i have tried and tried to follow that web thingy. can or could someone call me on this? i just have no clue and would greatly appreciate if i could be walked though it on the phone. every time i call the customer support they are closed :/ if it is at all possible my number is 859-393-6762 again thx for your time.

Support is on Pacific time (Washington State). and closed on Sunday. , and they can remote your computer and set it up.

and a serial cable is the best way to go. A Keyspan adapter, that's the brand name, will help alot over USB. better connection, it attaches to the serial cable that came with your cutter.
