Rnash004 0 Posted September 23, 2011 has anyone ever had an image to big for their cutter and pieced vinyl together? i have a hawk with a "U" behind it, my cutter is only 24", they were talking about wanting 40". so i was going to do 2 20" stickers. is this a bad idea? or will it work fine? would you overlap slightly, because the vinyl will slightly shrink when the sun hits it correct? maybe im wrong. any help as always will be appreciated. thanks. (i dont have an image to share, as always, im on my work computer when i decide to ask questions)

The other thought I would have is to measure the size of the hawk head when it is scaled to 40" overall height. You may be able to cut the hawk head in one piece and the parts of the U and then assemble the graphic without any seams.
