Rodger 527 Posted September 9, 2011 for a long time, Ken WAS the tech support at US Cutter. + 1 , Many things changed like the volume of stuff being sold , policy etc since Ken worked at USCutter . Ken did everything from answering the phone & recomending what to buy , running & keeping tabs on the forum , tech support , repair , remote controlplus anything else . I am sure they did what they could, but at this point, with how long it has taken, I would be leaning towards requesting an exchange, especially if 'the man' implied the shipping would be covered.
