Promise 38 Posted August 4, 2011 Hey all, Was wondering If I could pick everyone's brains here for a minute. I picked up a used zencut black off of ebay. Didn't come with any cutter software and I already have SBE installed on my PC. So installed the drivers from the disc for Win 7 64-bit and nada. SBE wont recognize the the cutter. Windows device manager has it listed as an unrecognized USB device. I have it hooked up via USB. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

When I hit "cut" it rolls the vinyl out about 2 feet then rolls it back up...is it supposed to do that? Sorry for teh newb questions, I am totally new to this.
