Need some help/advice on vectoring a curve shape

Hi there,

It's school holidays and the kids in the street are bugging me for fancy stickers for their bike wheels.

i'm trying to vector a nice clean curve shape like the image below, but the end result is pretty jagged around the curve.

Using Flexi-sign pro, won't allow me using the distort fuction to make a nice curve.

It's really a quarter cirle, cut 4 quarter circles then that does one side of the wheel.

The kids are requesting barb wire, skulls, and some bright pink stipes. But i'm stuck on this one which should be easy.

draw an unfilled circle and cut it in quarters

Do i draw that on flexi sign or illustrator ?

I'm only new to both programs, or is there a better program i can use ?
