How do properly ground my LASERPOINT?

Can someone or ones please explain how to properly ground the laserpoint cutter.

I don't know where to start.

make sure it is plugged into a grounded outlet and on the lasercut make sure one of the screws that hold it to the stand has the paint scrapped off of the stand for good metal to metal contact
