Trying to convert jpg to eps in Inkscape - not working

I am trying to convert the attached logo in Inkscape so I can cut some in vinyl. I am only doing one color. When I choose the trace bitmap option, nothing happens. I convert jpgs to eps in Inkscape often, but this one isn't working. Any ideas?

im guessing you are using brightness cutoff or whatever it is. the colors are too light in your image for it to pick them up

Thank you! That was exactly what was wrong. I am off to cut vinyl. Still have so much to learn.
