m33mcg 0 Posted January 13, 2008 I am working on a large 6 layer job. I have had signblazer lock up on me several times after I hit the cut tile buttom. I have to power down my computer and start over again. I never know when it is goning to lock up but it happens quit often. I notice that it started after the last update, but not sure if this update is the problem. Need help. Thanks I use Vista
tservice 3 Posted January 13, 2008 I run Vista as well no problems yet. You may need to contact Jerry or Bruce from Sign Blazer since it has occured after update. Try to pm one of them.

Bruce SignBlazer Support 0 Posted January 14, 2008 If it is only happening for large jobs I would suspect it is a communication problem to the cutter. Check out: http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php?topic=1602.
Jay2703 704 Posted January 14, 2008 I have had mine do the same thing. For me if I unplug the USB cable from the cutter it seems to unlock it. It doesn't cure the problem but it fixes the symptoms.
Jerry Bonham 1 Posted January 14, 2008 Hi Guys, Two more things that can cause this, 1. Screen Saver (disable if locks up during cutting) 2. Power Management in new computers. This is in the BIOS and must be disabled for USB ports. A computer tech should do this. Jerry from SignBlazer.
