madnesspaint 0 Posted January 9, 2008 Are you sure you want it screenprinted? it almost sounds like it would better be done stamped. Maybe i am confused as to what you are looking for. crash5050 0 Posted January 9, 2008 I just need my last name affixed to a 12 inch (centered) piece of medical tape or a very close equivilent. If it is stamped, or screen printed, or if sombody wants to sit down with a pepr stencil and a ball point pen. The kicker here is that it must not bleed when it gets wet.
