Hello,

You are correct.

I tried to import the file into Corel and only got parts of it.

One thing that i do know about Corel 12 and X3 is that you have to use Open not import for postscript files.

We use Illustrator as our guide not Corel.

The file imports into Illustrator perfectly.

All EPS files from SignBlazer i have tested import into Illustrator perfectly.

I guess that the PostScript improvements that we have added in the last year has changed our PostScript output.

We will be adding a major upgrade to PostScript so as to be able to import Level 3 EPS files.

I will make sure if it is possible that our EPS export is Corel compatible in future releases.

Send the SBD file to

import@signblazer.net

and say you want an EPS that opens in Corel.

It will be returned to you in Corel EPS format.

Since this original post about EPS files not opening in Corel , i have been trying out various EPS files that have been sent to me to open in SignBlazer,

About 60% will not open in Corel as well.

I normally never use Corel at all.

Interesting!

I always import, but import text as curves unless you have the particular font used, don't use "place as encasulated post script".
