Need help pricing mugs

So I have a potential customer with a store front. I did up some mugs to show them tonight and to give away at their new years party.

They want me to give them a price sheet.

I will be using the Dollar Tree 25 oz mugs, they will be doing the vinyl work. All I would have to do is sandblast.

What would be your price break down? I'll post my thoughts after a few replies.
