screenprintr 319 Posted January 1, 2011 I received several notices about putting a website up with a name that was trademarked. They threatened to take me to court. They also threatened the company I did the website for. They have the same name except with the word New in front of it. I would stay away from Mario Brothers, or Super Mario.
