Newbie - cutter/plotters settings

I watched a video of a guy that printed a transfer, took it to his cutter had the transfer cut to a perfect size then using his press he applied the transfer - this was a right side up transfer on a black shirt.

My question is to acheive this type of cut what should my settings be on my cutter?  speed/pressure/offset

I am very new to this type of printing and just received my cutter last week used mimaki cg60ex - just learning how to use it any advice would be helpful
