Looking for a printer

While looking around for a used printer, I came across this brand.  It's new and much cheaper than I've seen anything else.  It's only 24" wide, but I think that's plenty for what I'm planning on doing for now.  Any idea of the quality of these printers or if this is even legit?

Somehow, this line on their website tells me it's probably a scam:

any site you see with unbelievable prices and is based in indonesia is a fake

No phone number and no address and will not provide such. Only takes Bank Draft as payment - no credit card - no PayPal. They say they have been in business for 8 years, but website registered 5 months ago. Google search comes up with only 2 hits. Their about us page is copied from another website. You know what they say "If it sounds to good to be true"
