kiwiandkiki 0 Posted December 31, 2007 I'm new to signblazer, and I'm trying to cut an image. When I chose "cut" it tells me that I can't cut my image because it contains a bitmap. How do I fix this, or what format should I save my graphic in before I import it into signblazer? Thanks in advance for your help
Guest sciondrgn Posted December 31, 2007 I'm not at my PC with Signblazer at the moment but you need to Vectorize the image first before the cutter can do its thing. In SignsBlazer, convert the image to Black and White then use the vectorize trace option, they are in the same drop down menu. The EPS FIle type is what you will save your finished trace with so you can re-open it later to cut again, You can also use the vector magic website to vectorize your image or Inkscape.
