pictures won't import properly

Hi-

I am fairly new to Corel.  Can someone tell me why my images (.eps) are not importing into Corel Drawx4 but will into Sign Blazer?  All I get when importing into Corel is a gray box that has the image name in it.  I know the image is good because it works in SB and I have opened it in Corel before. I must changed a setting that I didn't intend to change.

Ok- found it online.  Simply reset the factory settings by pressing F8 and starting Coreldraw. Worked like a charm!
