I got a troubling. My plotter doesn

what vinyl cutter do you use?  and operating system?

Sorry, but Artcut is not a very good software, people switch away from it.  You could try the Signblazer software, which is FREE  download is on the first page of this post,  Alot of people use it,  best I can do for you.

when you do a test cut,  is it like it is supposed to be?
