Fast Plot 960 USB driver help!

Hey guys, this is my first time posting here. I've searched high and low for a solution but I keep coming up with nothing.

My boss just obtained a Fast Plot Vinyl Cutter and has tasked me to get it working. Problem is it didn't come with the CD containing the drivers or a serial cable. I'm stuck with the usb cord but I can't find the right drivers for it. My pc won't recognize the cutter. It's Win Xp. I've contacted the manufacturer but they won't send me a CD even if I offer to pay.

I desperately need help obtaining the right drivers to get this working. Please help!

 What cutting software are you using with that cutter? The ad I found says Artcut.  Most people have problems with it.

don't know where you bought your cutter, but they are sold here and the drivers are here

If that don't work.  try a Roland PNC1000  driver,  it is a generic driver

Thank you so much for your help! The driver I found in that link worked like a charm. From there I was able to set up VinylMaster Pro to work with it. Thanks so much again!
