yesrno1 6 Posted August 20, 2010 I just got a heat press 15x15. It came with some Jet Pro hot peel paper. I bought some shirts to practice with...(100% cotton). I followed the instructions 190*C for 15 seconds. I can't get the paper to peel off. I'm using an epson rx680. Any ideas?
Dakotagrafx 7,298 Posted August 20, 2010 Are you peeling it hot???
Dakotagrafx 7,298 Posted August 20, 2010 not really - maybe try backing your pressure down a bit
cbsuperduty 0 Posted August 20, 2010 Grab each side of the shirt and quickly pull your hands apart and it should pop the backer off a little and allow you to easily pull the off.
screenprintr 319 Posted August 21, 2010 After we heat press the shirts, we take a small cardboard ruler or squeege and rub over the transfer backing. Then we peel at a 45 degree angle. Are you able to get even a small corner off? I tried a cold peel for the first time a week ago, and it worked a lot better then the hot peels and I didn't burn my fingers. I don't know who made them, the customer provided them with the VBS order.
