After a Jam, cutter cuts wavey letters?

I had a small jam and now my 721 cuts wavey letters. I adjusted the pressure on the tracking wheels and installed a new blade but nothing helped. Help!!!

did you check and see if the carriage had come off the track? This often happens with a jam.

I didn't check that but I will tonight. You're talking about the carriage that holds the cutter?

Glad it fixed it. I had a feeling that's what it was because it has happened to me.
