Can not open port CR630

Me again,

Trying to get this cutter up and going but I thought id try new software, I just got the FlexiStarter and it worked once but now it says can not open port.

Any ideas?

make sure the com ports match in the computer and software,  and baud rate it 9600,  use a Keyspan adapter,  that is the brand name.
