chinese MT 817 cutter with Vista and Coreldraw

i bought a small Grey cutter on a stand that has mt 817 but no more info....i have scoured the web for a driver that will show as a printer in my printer options but have had no luck...i was sent a USB driver from a Chinese company called microtec but this did not excite windows Vista...can anyone help me with this weird and wonderfull cutter from china to work with a driver for windows Vista and Coreldraw. what cutting software are you useing with your vinyl cutter?  Corel is only design software, not cutting software. Your  vinyl cutter when connected correctly shows up in your device manager, not as a printer.  Are you wanting to cut vinyl  or just print designs?
