Need help with a logo

Can someone help me get this logo into Eps or cuttable format? Cant do much with it myself and yall are always a great help!  Just 1 color would be fine is cant do both. Thank you so very much in advance!

And this one since I am begging for help! This one was a drawing that my husbands father had done over 30 yrs ago and used it for their company logo. Just so happenedly the girl that used to do their stuff went out of business before I even got my cutter so I called her and asked her for it and she said her 2 yr old got ahold of the disk it was on and scratched it. Now No way of getting it back! Thank you again
