lost usb driver

my computer crashed and had to do a new hd. installed Sign cut pro and sign blazer but cant find the usb driver for my Lazerpoint 24.

can someone help please.

Additionally: It is strongly recommended that you disconnect the cutter from the computer before you install the Driver. This will allow the driver to install properly. If you continue to have problems with the cutter not being recognized by the computer after installing the driver, we recommend fully un-installing the driver (use this: http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=36&nav=0,5) power-cycle the computer, then reinstall the driver- again, with the cutter disconnected from the computer. This is all a bit after the fact at this point I know, but it makes me feel useful.
