What type of cutter do you have? Slow down your speeds on the small stuff and maybe back up a little on the pressure as to not catch the corners but all of this is depending alot on the cutter, vinyl, size and blades your using..Good Luck Its very addicting and profitable.

I have a CTN630 Pcut I have to do my logo at least 5" I just did a test run on a small one (prob. 2") and it cut through the back. So i am changing my pressure. My pressure is 65

you need to run test cuts on the vinyl first, BEFORE cutting the design.  keep backing the force off until you get a good square/triangle or whatever design your Pcut makes when doing a test cut, or you will ruin alot of vinyl.

got it to print out but my overlapping b and c cut into each other. Do I need to clean up the nodes or delete some of the nodes to keep from cutting into each other? I hope this makes sense... ;D

Overlaps will need to be welded together do they do not cut independent.
