I couldn't either.  not even the name of the font came up any where

I am doing the firetruck for our dept and am tring to match the old font.  Thats the name I was told the old font is.  here is a picture. I didnt find anything online either thats why I turned to you guys.  I did try myself first.

He said that or claridon (spelling im getting this info from a middle man so something may have been lost in translation) I am thinking he ment Clarendon. Let me know what you think.  Thanks

Yes I did and it told me a few differnt fonts too, But I have to look quick,  I see the M's are different now that I post the pictures

what the font told me  it was either of these fonts, which I can not find either

Wood Antique Condensed Bold

and

ITC Officina Serif ExtraBold

geez the more I look at the two its not even close

There are a lot of fonts that are similar but I swear the 'M" looks more like a "W' turned upside down.

Big difference in the R also.

the R almost has a spade end on it instead of the little curve, and yeah now that you mention it the M does look exactly like an upside down W
