Guest YHC Posted April 16, 2010 Looks good! Did you install what looks like a light box to, or was it just the lettering that you did? I was just wondering what the steps are for a job that wanted a lighted box. Is there permits involved, do you sub out the electric hookup, etc. ?
harmfulgraphics 1 Posted April 16, 2010 The light box was there from the old sign. I just did the new layout onto the sign face and slid it into place. Signs in our town are a touchy thing. Most new light up signs are a no no. 90% of the signs that are lit are grandfather in and people just keep them up because of that fact. Even if you want to replace an existing light up sign, you have to go before the city planning board to see if you can get it approved.

Wes Phifer 0 Posted April 17, 2010 Is there a reason the phone number is so much bigger than the name? Do they do a big carry out business?
harmfulgraphics 1 Posted April 18, 2010 Is there a reason the phone number is so much bigger than the name? Do they do a big carry out business? Yes, carry out and delivery are alot of his daily business. He wanted the phone number "BIG" so people could call from their cell phones and place orders ahead of time.
