After reading the hand full of threads in this section and most all are negative, I'll throw in a positive one.

My poor little MH871 failed saturday from an ESD problem. So monday morning I called up USCutter, and spoke with one of the guys there ( sorry I can't remember names too well) within 5 minutes of talking to him I was told the proper replacement part would be shipped and would be at my house by friday. So yes, I mus say thank you guys very much for the fast response to my crisis. I look forward to having my cutter back up and running again, so will my customers.

BTW the above paragraph is a good review.... not too many in this section lol thanks again

With so much bad mouthing this site, you wonder why those people are even members here.
