cutter not cutting

I have cut out several designs successfully, just cutting as normal today and it just wont cut at all. No red buttons are pressed, just changed the blade yesterday, the sotware shows the blue cut path but nothing it happening on the cutter, no errors or anything. rebooted with usb cable disconnected and power off on the cutter. whola, no changes. Please help i have been practicing for my first big job and need to be ready by like next tues day. Yes i have already set the cutter then set it online. All port communications have been quadruple checked i'm out of ideas.

Might check the Baud rate to make sure it still matches up.

yes i had the problem at one time and corrected it, it wouldnt even cut when incorrect, is there a ceatain baud rate i'd need?

hahah oh yeah this is the topic i posted my issue on hahah yea i fixed the baud rate and now cutting, anyidea on what its for?

The Baud rate is the rate at which the data is sent.
