KEGRAFFIX 0 Posted February 13, 2010 Well, valentines day is this weekend and this year we decided to take it easy and not spend much. So instead of buying cards we decided to make each other hand made cards. While thinking about where to start I looked over at my cutter and wondered how well vinyl would stick to card stock.
