NEED HELP! COMP NOT READING THE LASERPOINT OR EITHER THE DRIVERS?

Still having issues learning the set up. I can import files,preview the cut in the preview window and thats far as i can go. The jog does not move,nor will the machine cut.  Not sure what im doing wrong.

Might want to stay in the same thread so we don't confuse the issues, try changing to com 3 and test cutting.
