Cutter Just goes ALL THE WAY LEFT!!!!

Hey i have a question for you, Im trying to cut a line of text thats 16 ft long but when i go to cut it it cuts about the first few letters then just goes all the way across the vinyl until the cutter hits the other side of the machine and then starts making a loud noise like its supposed to just keep going? Anyone had this??? I can cut small things, even i cut an 8 ft line but never this big, i do it and this happens.. any suggestions? please and thank you

I have had the same problem before....It seems to happen when there is alot of Humidity......I just turn it off, and back on again, and it usually works...I also have mine in a room with a carpet, and since I put some pieces of lenolium(Spell?) down where I have to step that has helped too.....Got rid of some of the static......

The graphic may also be placed in the wrong spot on your cutting software document, may need to set the size and vinyl size.
